00:22 the Intel and Confidential Funds have been added by some agencies like the DICT

00:29 Even the Presidential Security Group or PSG for its intel activities whenever the President travels abroad.
00:36 But the defense of the secret is that the percentage of the total budget that will be spent as an intel fund
00:42 from 2018 is going to be decreased.
00:44 It is the lowest in the 2024 proposed budget.
00:49 Also, there is a joint circular released in 2015 for intel funds
00:54 that is providing projects that can be passed.
