00:35 then maybe the Cavs can leap into the top three.
00:37 I mentioned the East being kind of wide open.
00:40 The Cavs do have the talent to take advantage of that.
00:42 And during last season, they looked like they were built to win playoff series.
00:46 Clearly, they weren't there yet, but they made some moves bringing in a guy
