00:00 A complaint was filed by the syndicated staff of the Philippine Coast Guard against the owner and captain of MB Aya Express that crashed in Binangon, Rizal.
00:09 Members of the Talim Island Motorboat and Patrons Association also complained. According to the PCG, it is based on possible fraud and misrepresentation.
00:19 On July 27, a boat that was said to have crashed in Laguna de Bay killed 27 passengers.
00:25 The investigation found that the boat was overloaded and there was no life vest on the passengers.
00:31 The complaints were not released. The owner of the boat asked for forgiveness from the passengers.
