While the disgraced FTX founder will no longer face campaign finance charges at his October trial, he’s got some other problems brewing. FTX is on a mission to bounce back. FTX’s lawyers are now suing Sam Bankman-Fried, accusing him of financing his criminal defense with $10 million in misappropriated funds. FTX has also proposed a plan to restart the crypto exchange for international customers.
