00:00 So Michael, on Manchester United, what's the latest you can tell us on the transfer front?

00:04 Because we know that the deal we've said was going to get across the line has now got across the line.

00:10 Yeah, so Rasmus Hoyland is now a Manchester United player.

00:14 Obviously the transfer was confirmed last week, moving from Atalanta.

00:18 He was unveiled on the pitch as a new Manchester United player ahead of the friendly against Lawns on Saturday.

00:24 So yeah, I think a lot of encouragement, a lot of excitement from United fans and from the club themselves.

00:28 They really feel like they're signing one of the most up-and-coming strikers in the market.

00:32 You and I discussed last week the implications of what this transfer means in terms of Ten Hag's position

00:38 and his confidence in looking towards the future.

00:41 The fact that United, for the first time in a long time, have signed an up-and-coming striker

00:45 rather than the experienced forward they've gone for.

00:48 So I think there's a lot of excitement about Hoyland, but United fans will have to wait a few weeks to see him

00:53 because he has moved to the club with a slight knock. He won't be involved for a few weeks.

00:59 It was an injury picked up at Atalanta. He is training with United and is involved in pre-season training,

01:06 but we do think he's going to certainly be involved against Wolves this weekend or next Monday

01:10 and potentially might be ruled out the following game against Tottenham.

01:13 But yeah, plenty of excitement in that transfer.

01:16 And then I think attention is going to turn to the transfer and the signing of another midfielder.

01:20 I think that midfielder is going to be Safian Amrabat, although I have seen a number of transfer reports

01:24 linking United with Romelu Lavia from Southampton.

01:27 I haven't heard anything specifically on that from United's end,

01:32 but I do know there is hard interest in Amrabat. I think that's the player they'll go for.

01:37 I think that could well be it in terms of the market.

01:39 There's a chance, I think, they might move potentially for another goalkeeper or for another striker, maybe,

01:44 but I think that could well be in terms of transfers, just things wrapped up really for United.

01:49 And I think now the big interest is players leaving.

01:52 Obviously, yesterday West Ham had bids for Scott McTominay and Harry Maguire.

01:56 I wouldn't be surprised if both of those deals get across the line.

01:59 I also think United will make a move or will move on.

02:02 Fred, Donny van de Beek, Eric Bailly, Dean Henderson as well.

02:07 But there's a number of players still that United want to move on.

02:10 Anthony Martial, I'm less certain about.

02:13 Brandon Williams, I suspect he will leave the club, whether that's permanently, I'm not sure.

02:18 And yeah, I'm not sure I remember all the players off the top of my head that United want to move on.

02:22 So there's that many.

02:23 But yeah, I do think it'll be a busy couple of weeks in terms of outgoing, certainly.
