00:00 Birmingham Phoenix's men and women's side have not made the most desirable start to the 100 this campaign.
00:09 With both squads packed with international talent and young prospects, they are looking to turn things around when they host the Inform Welsh Fire on Thursday.
00:19 We've played one game and probably didn't go to plan but we've got the players in the changing room to be able to turn that around pretty quickly.
