00:00 Birmingham Phoenix's men and women's side have not made the most desirable start to the 100 this campaign.
00:09 With both squads packed with international talent and young prospects, they are looking to turn things around when they host the Inform Welsh Fire on Thursday.
00:19 We've played one game and probably didn't go to plan but we've got the players in the changing room to be able to turn that around pretty quickly.
00:27 We've got a day of training today and then we go again tomorrow so hopefully we can get another win back on the board.
00:32 Obviously we haven't had the start that we would have liked but I think that's the really exciting thing about this tournament is we've seen anyone can beat anyone.
00:39 We've got a tough game coming up against the Welsh Fire who are playing really well at the moment so nothing better than playing at our best to get us on the road.
00:46 As the players have said, certainly a clash at the 100 to look forward to where Birmingham Phoenix are hoping to turn their fortunes around and send a message to the rest of the competition.
