Before going to a doctors appointment, Amberlynn & Destiny go to an event being put on at their work. When they get home, Amberlynn tells us how she feels while eating in public and an experience she had that day the gave her the idea to film about this topic. After a trip to Walmart, Amberlynn talks about the time she moved in with family after turning 18 and experiencing anxiety. There is an update on the moving situation. It's Destiny's sister's prom and for some reason in Destiny's family they make it a big thing, going overboard by taking a bunch of pictures and going out to eat type deal.
