00:13 man in his 40s with serious head injuries.
00:16 Despite the efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead and a full investigation has

00:22 Councillors are pushing to get the swing bridge over the Tyne swinging again in time for its
00:26 150th anniversary in 2026.
00:29 The bridge was last able to swing open nearly four years ago but since then there have been
00:34 worries about its problems and bosses have said that solutions won't be found quickly.
00:40 And finally, the Newcastle Allotment and Garden Show will be returning to Leazes Park this
00:44 year.
00:45 The show allows people to show off their vegetable creations and flowers and judges have already
00:49 visited allotments across the city as part of the allotment plot competition.
