Tropics showing signs of life
AccuWeather meteorologists are monitoring several areas in the Atlantic hurricane basin that could develop into a tropical system during the second half of August.

00:19 80 degrees and that's the
00:20 threshold where you look to see
00:21 development of the tropical
00:22 climate. So we're going to
