00:07 But according to the Bucor, the budget for the medicines and food of the prisoners is a bigger problem.

01:21 The Goa also confirmed that the quantity and type of food supplied to the PBLs in the food subsistence agreement will not be followed.
01:29 We have a shortage of raw mats.
01:33 So what we do is we make a way to still provide food to the PBLs and at the same time, by not sacrificing the K-Cal count.
01:51 On November 22, Director General Gregorio Catapang Jr. entered Bucor but they are already fixing these issues now.
02:00 Catapang is making the budget for the medicines of Php 15 and Php 70 for food per PBL more problematic.
02:10 I don't know what to buy for Php 15.
02:13 It's like tablets for high blood or vitamins or whatever.
02:22 One order is Php 75 for the chicken adobo and one scoop of rice.
02:29 I said, if the PBLs will be eaten here, they will only eat once a day.
02:35 We still have a shortage of Php 5.
02:38 Because the budget for food is Php 70 a day, we looked for a lunch that is Php 23.
02:45 Budget meal that is Php 25 of rice and fried food is the closest we saw.
02:51 Before, it was Php 20. But because it's expensive to buy, it became Php 25.
02:58 It doesn't have eggs anymore. Php 25 is all we have. We can't afford it anymore.
03:02 We also asked some boutiques what generic medicine can be bought for Php 15.
03:09 You can only buy one type for high blood sugar, two types for hypertension and one type for high cholesterol.
03:20 All of these are Php 14.
03:23 Php 15 is not enough.
03:26 Especially if the patient will take more than once, it will exceed the budget.
03:33 The Department of Justice is also calling for additional funds for the PBLs.
