00:24 The old man answered well but later, he was suddenly punched by a man while riding a motorcycle and fell.
00:32 The Balesteros Police confirmed that the incident happened in their town on August 13.
00:38 In another video, you can see a minor being raped.
00:42 The suspect also left the scene. The victim's cellphone is in his hand.
00:50 The Cagayan PPO has not yet specified where this happened but he was also the one who was punched in Balesteros.
00:56 The suspect, who is only 15 years old, was arrested in the town of Lalo.
