00:31 nature-based trainings, how protection of the forest
00:34 can ensure even livelihood.
00:36 When we were growing up,
00:39 there was a lot of connection with the forest.
00:41 All of a sudden, the changes are coming up.
00:43 New constructions, new developments are coming up,
00:46 and this is putting more pressure on the forest.
00:48 So there has to be a balance.
00:49 Once you start living in the forest,
00:51 the forest start living inside your heart.
00:53 That's where you begin to understand
00:55 the diversity of the forest.
