00:00 The Municipal Tourism Office of Sagada Mountain Province has clarified that tourists who visited the Malboro Hills have gone viral.
00:10 This is Breves Bulsaw of GMA Regional TV 1 North Central Luzon.
00:15 The cold climate and rich culture,
00:22 the beautiful scenery like the falls,
00:26 and the famous sea clouds of Malboro Hills.
00:29 These are just a few of the great attractions of Sagada Mountain Province.
00:33 But in the past long weekend,
00:35 not only the sea of clouds were visited by some tourists,
00:38 but also the sea of crowds.
00:41 It was just the beginning of the day because there were already a lot of people queuing up to hike in the mountains.
00:45 But the Municipal Tourism Office said that the number of tourists in their area is manageable.
00:52 It is normal for tourists to be in large numbers, especially if it is a weekend or no one is visiting.
00:56 But they clarified that the number of tourists in the Malboro Hills was not overcrowded on Saturday and Sunday,
01:03 August 19 to 20.
01:05 The tourist capacity of the mountains is 800 and only 700 were counted during the last long weekend.
01:13 They are willing to go inside and see the crowd.
01:20 So it is still manageable.
01:23 They are also preparing for the long weekend before August ends.
01:29 If they are here in Sagada, they should be able to reach the tourist areas of the Pulis Presence and Dulcamin area.
