Isa nang severe tropical storm ang Bagyong #GoringPH na nasa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility. Nakataas ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 sa ilang bahagi ng Northern Luzon, base sa 5 p.m. update ng PAGASA.

Samantala, patuloy namang binabantayan ng PAGASA ang isa pang bagyo na may international name na "Damrey."

00:16 Based on the 5-PM Bulletin of Hope, the last to pass through the center of the storm is the 260-kilometer east of Calayan, Cagayan.
