00:11 On Wednesday, Roseburg Forest Products announced a $250,000 scholarship fund for high schoolers in that area.
00:17 This event was treated as a celebration for the steps the community has taken after that fire swept through the area.
00:23 As I said, more than a hundred homes were destroyed and two lives were lost.
