00:00 Fifteen people were confirmed dead, including a three-year-old boy who was burned in Barangay Tandansora, Quezon City yesterday.
00:06 The owner of a T-shirt printing business was also among the victims.
00:10 He was inside the house and his 11 employees were also inside. Three of them were saved.
00:15 An hour passed before the fire went out. According to the Bureau of Fire Protection, the house was fire-trapped.
00:21 There were no sufficient exit points.
00:24 The BFP also said that the Barangay permitted the business to be held by the people who were running the house.
