00:00 Coming off of a 52-10 win over New Mexico last week,
00:04 the Texas A&M Aggies knew heading to South Beach to take on the Miami Hurricanes would be a big task.
00:10 Thanks to countless mishaps and continued errors,
00:13 the Aggies fell to Miami 48-33 at Hard Rock Stadium.
00:18 Both sides of the ball failed to find continuity after Aggie quarterback Connor Wegman's one-yard touchdown run
00:24 gave the Aggies the early 7-0 lead.
00:27 A week ago, the Aggies' trench play paved the way for the sophomore quarterback to toss five touchdowns against the Lobos,
00:33 something that had not been done since a Johnny Menzel offense in 2013.
00:38 Against the Hurricanes, the line shriveled and Wegman felt the pocket collapse
00:43 and was forced to make throws to save drives rather than pick up yards.
00:47 Miami feasted on the Aggies' O-line, forcing their way into the backfield with ease,
00:52 and when finally facing a delayed blitz up the middle, Wegman was picked off for the first time in his career.
00:58 While Wegman was bruised and beaten, he refused to go down without a fight,
01:02 still finding his playmakers to keep the game close.
01:06 But the Hurricanes found ways to keep drives alive,
01:09 and the offense thriving, totaling 451 yards,
01:13 while the Aggies had 305 yards along with three turnovers in the second half.
01:18 While it is only one game, it leads back to the questions of,
01:22 "Will this Aggies team be the same teams of the past?"
01:25 and "Will Fisher ever be able to win the big games?"
01:28 A much-needed Week 3 game against Louisiana Monroe should give the Aggies some time to figure out their identity,
