00:10 Earlier at 3 o'clock, the low pressure area that we are monitoring is the last to pass, 790 kilometers east northeast of Vasco Batanes.

00:20 The chance of a storm is still low but the trough or extension will still be flooded by rain in some parts of Northern Luzon.

00:31 Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon or Habagat is in the southern part of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

00:39 Where today, the cloudy sky will be experienced by some parts of Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao and the chances of rain, lightning and thunder will be high.

00:53 And for the weather forecast for Tuesday, cloudy sky and scattered rain, lightning and thunder will be experienced in Batanes and Cagayan,

01:06 which is near the trough of the low pressure area. Meanwhile, in the part of Mimaropa and Bicol region,

01:14 we will also experience cloudy sky and the chances of rain will be high, which is near Habagat.

01:22 Here in Metro Manila, even in the farthest part of Luzon, the sky will be partly cloudy.

01:30 We still have a chance of isolated rain, lightning and thunder of localized thunderstorms.

02:25 We still have a chance of isolated rain, lightning and thunder of localized thunderstorms.

02:32 And during severe thunderstorms, these rains are still possible to be severe,

02:37 even in the strong rains that can cause flooding and landslides.

02:45 The average temperature in Cebu is from 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:50 And in Davao, it is 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.
