00:00 A 400-kilo of fish was confiscated from the Magsaysay Fish Market in Dagupan City after a spot inspection was done by the authorities in the said market.
00:12 The fish is not fresh anymore. The fish is showing signs of decomposition.
00:18 Based on the assessment of our colleagues from the sanitation division, it is not safe for people to eat.
00:30 According to the City Agriculture Office, the fish came from a town in western Pangasinan.
00:35 It was sold at a lower price.
00:38 We are looking for the auxiliary invoice that our municipal agriculture offices issue.
00:44 The auxiliary invoice states that the fish that we transport was caught in the right way and at the same time, safe for human consumption.
00:54 Because of this, some people are questioning the fish sellers in the Magsaysay Fish Market, even though the quality is good.
