00:00 What are the landlines and challenges that you identified this week in particular
00:04 being the eighth ranked team in the country going on the road for
00:07 the first time and facing the hostile environment?
00:10 You are, again, a big time goal.
00:11 >> Yeah, first time on the road, crowd noise, travel, just typical stuff.
00:18 We do have a mature team.
00:20 We've been in with most of this crew in loud environments.
00:24 And so there definitely should be the concern of us overlooking
00:30 an opponent this week.
00:32 So a lot of those things because of who we are and the situation.
00:38 I'm expecting a great week of practice, full of energy.
00:43 Guys ready to go on the road and show off our culture and what we're all about.
00:51 >> I heard one of the defensive linemen walking off the field Saturday said,
00:54 Jabbar was the only guy that had sack, which wasn't true technically.
00:58 But the pass rush overall, your take after two games on that?
01:03 Please, not please.
01:04 >> No, Jabbar, that was impressive too with the way he closed in at the end.
01:10 But I think there's a couple things.
01:12 I heard Coach Morrell talking and I agree, a lot of max protection.
01:16 So double teams, triple teams sliding.
01:20 So you got one edge taking care, you got another edge taking care,
01:22 each with a tight end and a tailback.
01:24 And so that helps out on your pass defense cuz you can drop guys into space
01:30 as long as you either are getting that or if they're throwing the ball quick.
01:36 It's hard to get home and finish off and get the sacks in the stack column
01:42 that I know we were used to early in the season last year or so.
01:46 But it goes full circle.
