Liverpool Council has confirmed it will bring back bus lanes almost 10 years after they were removed. Five routes across the city have been chosen to give buses priority on the roads. This will incorporate the busiest areas in the wider city region, including the 10A to St Helens, the 86 to Speke, the 53 to Bootle, the 79 to Halewood, as well as the 21 to Kirkby.
