00:34 The President said that before the confiscation of 41,025 kilos of rice

00:42 The President explained that if you are a legal importer,
00:45 you can immediately present documents and proof that it is not smuggled
00:50 the inventory in your warehouse
00:51 and you don't have to wait for 15 days.
00:55 The President also urgently certified the Senate Bill 2432
00:59 or the Anti-Agricultural Economic Sabotage Act
01:02 which is aimed at smaller penalties for smugglers, hoarders, and smugglers
01:06 in the manipulation of prices which is considered economic sabotage.
