00:05 Officers have recovered almost £40,000 from a suspected cannabis dealer.
00:09 A criminal investigation was launched and experts from the Financial Investigation Unit
00:13 were tasked with finding the remainder of the cash that the man had claimed he had and
00:18 that money will be reinvested into the community.
00:22 Within the first six months of the clean air zone scheme, over £300,000 was paid in toll
00:27 charges.
00:28 Numbers from Newcastle City Council also state that 10.6 million vehicles entered the zone
00:34 with over 104,000 having to pay charges.
00:38 And finally, Go North East have announced a series of strike action throughout October.
00:43 From the 30th of September to the 6th of October and from the 14th of October to the 20th of
00:47 October, bus services will be affected and Go North East have said that many services
00:52 will not run.
