00:08 I'm really grateful because with this grant it will help me towards my training and hopefully being able to improve in my running.
00:16 It means a lot because I'm just really grateful for it and it will help with travel and stuff like that.
00:24 Can you tell us a bit about your respective sports? We've got aerobics and cross country running.
00:30 With aerial you train pretty much every day and there will be a big nationals in the Gold Coast that we go to every year.
00:41 With my cross country it's more individual and it's more running long distance around 3km.
00:50 Do you have any specific individual goals you're both working towards?
00:54 I'm hoping to bring my time for 3km down to 11 minutes this coming year.
