00:16 And that was instilled in me by all four of my parents,

00:19 that you have to be part of the solution.

00:22 We have too many people that have been in power

00:25 for far too long doing things the same way they've always

00:30 We need the courage to try to do things differently.

00:34 I'm running for mayor to provide a different type

00:38 of leadership, a new era of leadership from the outside.

00:42 We need to go in and rip the Band-Aid off

00:44 in many different departments.

00:47 We need commission reform.

00:48 We need to rethink how we help our small businesses.

00:52 We have tremendous resources.

00:54 We have everything at our disposal.

00:56 And yet, our streets are unsafe.

00:59 We need to end the era of open-air drug dealing.

01:05 especially for middle-class families who are

01:08 the backbone of San Francisco.

01:10 We need change in San Francisco.

01:14 We just need the leadership to do it.
