00:20 Police are looking for 32-year-old Jason Dean Billingsley, acting police commissioner Richard
00:24 Worley said during a news conference Tuesday.
00:29 Officers responded to a call for service at an apartment complex in the 300 block of West
00:33 Franklin Street at around 11.34 a.m. Monday, according to Baltimore Police.
00:39 Upon arriving, the officers found LaPierre with severe injuries to her head.
00:44 Police have not released any further information on her death.
00:48 The medical examiner's office took possession of the body, and an examination is pending,

00:55 Billingsley is wanted for first-degree murder, assault, reckless endangerment and additional
