00:04 The low-pressure area outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility

00:10 is located at a distance of 1,715 kilometers from the center of Luzon.

00:16 We are expecting this area to enter our Philippine Area of Responsibility

00:21 in the next 24 to 48 hours.

00:25 This low-pressure area is a possibility of a storm.

00:29 The extension area of the low-pressure area or what we call trough

00:35 reaches the eastern part of Visayas and also in Mindanao.

00:41 The southwest monsoon or habagat is affected by the western section of the south of Luzon and Visayas.

00:50 That is why today we will experience a dark sky with a chance of rain and thunderstorms in Palawan

01:02 and also in Visayas and in Zamboanga, Peninsula.

01:07 Meanwhile, the southern part of Luzon with Metro Manila

01:13 and also in the southern part of Mindanao will experience fair weather

01:18 where we will experience a part of rain until the sky is cloudy.

01:24 But expect isolated rain or sudden rainfalls.

01:30 Just like yesterday, we experienced heavy rain here in Metro Manila.

01:36 And for those who are planning to travel,

01:39 we recommend that you travel to the whole area.

01:45 Let's be careful because there is a chance of heavy rain and strong winds due to the thunderstorm.

01:54 On the weekend, the sky is cloudy in Metro Cebu.

02:01 Expect heavy rain and thunderstorms.

02:05 But in other places like Metro Manila, Baguio City, Ligas City, and Metro Davao,

02:13 we will experience fair weather on the weekend.

02:16 But expect isolated rainfalls, usually in the afternoon or evening.

02:23 The sun will rise later at 546 in the morning.

02:29 The sun will set later at 548 in the afternoon.
