00:02 Two Vietnamese and a Chinese national were arrested for kidnapping.

00:08 Here is the first news of Bam Alegre.

00:11 In the case of a Singaporean national,

00:15 the Pasay Police acted as a substation 1 to rescue a Vietnamese who was kidnapped yesterday.

00:21 He was the victim's lover, who was his last seen on September 24.

00:25 The suspects were charged with a 900,000 pesos ransom in exchange for their release from the Vietnamese.

00:32 But even though they were paid via online transfer, the victim was not released.

00:37 The police went to a condominium building in Rojas Boulevard,

00:40 where the victim was just hidden.

00:42 They were not immediately opened by the people inside.

00:45 After the discussion, they were let in and the authorities of the unit arrested two Vietnamese,

00:53 Wen Thi Le and Mai Ngoc Huyen, and a Chinese national, Wang Ji.

00:58 The victim was brave.

01:03 Although she claimed that she was beaten several times,

01:08 you can't see that she was afraid.

01:11 So she was glad that the police were there.

01:18 The suspects will file a kidnapping case and they need to face charges before they are deported.

01:24 They are now detained at Pasay City Police Headquarters.

01:27 They cannot understand Tagalog or English, so they cannot give a statement.

01:31 The police are still investigating if they are being held for other crimes.
