00:06 The agency denied the complaint and said that the third party they hired, Liaison, was the one who stole the money from the applicants.

00:16 68 victims of a recruitment scam in Italy were arrested in the Justice Department.
00:27 They were accused of being a part of a scam because they were talking to the Filipino community there
00:32 and they were quick to comply with the process of application of a Filipino-operated manning agency.
00:38 In exchange for the payment, they were given three gives.
