00:16 We have a deal to begin gaming in North Carolina between January or June of next year.
00:23 But you got to figure out who's going to sponsor it or who's going to control it.
00:26 An amendment talks about only being able to go through the professional sports teams in
00:31 the state.
00:32 A lot of the organizations like the Indian Gaming Casino organizers don't like that.
00:38 The other idea is to tie it into independent casino operators.
00:43 And they're trying to tie this all into a $30 billion budget and ride it through on
00:47 the heels of Medicaid expansion.
00:50 May or may not happen.
00:51 An awful lot of details to be worked out in a very short period of time.
00:55 The legislation requires that gambling be implemented no earlier than January, no later
01:00 than June.
