00:02 We have an update on the weather forecast for the Jenee storm.
00:06 Currently, the Jenee storm has increased to the Tropica Storm category.
00:13 The wind speed of the storm is 65 km/h, while the wind speed is 80 km/h.
00:24 Currently, the Jenee storm is in the East Philippine Sea, at a distance of 1,145 km from the central region.
00:34 We still expect the storm to move near our country or to move in a 15 km/h speed.
00:43 Here is the forecast map of the Jenee storm. It is expected to move near Taiwan and the Batanes area.
00:55 From now until Thursday next week, we expect the storm to be strong.
01:03 Tomorrow, we expect the Jenee storm to be a severe Tropica Storm.
01:09 We also expect the storm to be a Typhoon category by late evening or Tuesday next week.
01:18 There is a possibility of landfall or near the extreme northern zone or the northeastern mainland of the country.
01:28 This is the Jenee storm.
01:33 Currently, we do not expect a heavy rainfall due to the storm.
01:39 But when Tuesday or Wednesday next week comes, we expect heavy rainfall in the extreme northern zone,
01:46 especially in the Batanes and Baboyan Islands due to the Jenee storm.
01:52 We still expect occasional rains due to the Habagat or Southwest Monsoon
01:58 in the western section of the southern zone and the Visayas.
02:03 If Sunday or tomorrow comes, we expect occasional rains due to the Southwest Monsoon.
02:10 Currently, there is no tropical cyclone wind signal in the country.
02:16 But if tomorrow or Monday comes, we may see a tropical cyclone wind signal in the extreme northern zone.
02:25 This may be early depending on the development or the change of the forecast track of the Jenee storm.
02:32 Tomorrow, we expect occasional strong winds due to the Habagat or Southwest Monsoon
02:40 in Palawan, Romblon, a large part of the Visayas and Dinagat Islands.
02:46 On Monday next week, we still expect occasional strong winds in a large part of the Mimaropa and Visayas
02:54 and Dinagat Islands.
02:56 We still expect moderate to rough seas in the coastal waters of the extreme northern zone
03:07 and the northern mainland of Cagayan, where the elevation will be 1.5 to 3.5 meters.
