01:08 I mean, the story that I always tell when I'm asked this question is like,

01:13 Who's the better program, Kentucky or Mississippi State?
01:16 I'll ask both you guys those questions.
01:17 Who is the better program, Kentucky or Mississippi State?

01:22 >> Yeah, yeah.
01:24 Now, but the national media will tell you it's Kentucky.
01:28 And one of the reasons why is because they were able to beat up on Vanderbilt and
01:31 Missouri and for the last few years, South Carolina.
01:35 Let them trot their butts in to Bryant-Denny Stadium every other year and
01:39 then get back to me and tell me what a great coach job I've done in Kentucky.
01:44 At Mississippi State, nobody ever feels sorry for us.
01:48 We gotta go play in College Station.
01:49 We gotta go play at Tiger Stadium.
01:50 We get Alabama, Auburn every single year.
01:53 And in addition to that,
01:54 we get arguably the most bitter rivalry game in the country.

02:00 >> We don't get to go play Missouri on a Thursday night in front of 15,000 people
02:04 or whatever they pack in there.
02:06 We don't get to do that.
02:08 And so yeah, when this whole thing first came up, I can tell you there were
02:11 administrators at Mississippi State are like, hey, this schedule rotation is not
02:15 fair, maybe back in 92 when they rolled it out there, maybe it made a lot of sense.
02:19 Well, of course, then State wins the West and you're like, wait a minute,
02:22 they didn't have to play Florida or Georgia.
02:24 So hey, we gotta change the rotation.
02:27 And don't think we didn't know about that, Roy Kramer, we absolutely did.
02:31 But it's so funny to me, it's like I know a lot of the LSU people are like,
02:34 it's kind of sad that State's not gonna be on the schedule.
02:36 Cry me a river, man.
02:37 It's like, yeah, we gotta go play Florida next year.
02:41 At least give me a chance to go somewhere different.
02:43 I mean, it's so weird to me to think there's so many student athletes in this
02:46 conference that will never know the chance of what it's like to run out of that tunnel
02:51 at Bryant-Denny Stadium or at Tiger Stadium or Kyle Field.
02:54 And that's a problem, that's an indictment on the league.
02:57 They let it go on as long as they did.
02:59 I mean, and now all of a sudden it took us out in Texas and Oklahoma to do that.
03:03 I'm a big Greg Sankey fan, but that's a problem.
03:07 That should have never gone on as long as it did.
03:10 When A&M Missouri joined the league, we had a chance to kind of fix some of that.
03:14 But the fact that those kids at Kentucky,
03:15 I mean, I think they've been to Tuscaloosa once in a decade.

03:19 >> We have not been to the swamp since 2010, and we play in the same league.
