00:00 In every industrialized democracy, well-being is the first step to be recognized, dignity as a person and the right to their own well-being.
00:08 It is not surprising then that the House is at the center of a broader reflection on the relationship between people, work activity and housing well-being.
00:18 Italian workers have adapted to an ever more hybrid lifestyle, with the world of organized work, with a novelty, smart working.
00:27 This new way of accessing work has had a tangible impact on both the corporate organization and the adaptation of housing as regards the adaptation of IT services and communication.
00:40 The digital transition, technological evolution, new technologies, artificial intelligence are a fundamental tool if put to the service of man and the construction of common good.
00:54 As all progress contain a great risk within them. It depends on what kind of paradigm we want to approach.
01:03 If our paradigm focuses on a human intelligence that is above artificial intelligence, that governs artificial intelligence,
01:13 then we can think of building a transition that is at the service of the construction of common good.
01:20 If this were not the case, the consequences would be dramatic.
01:25 Because people, especially the most fragile, would be turned and treated as mere consumers, as mere producers of profits.
01:38 And certainly we will only generate a culture, a policy, a society of waste and waste.
01:47 But to counteract all this, there is a need for a sense of responsibility, convinced that each of us can do a lot.
01:57 We must be aware. So I am convinced that if all together, private and social institutions, travel and join forces for the same direction, we can do a lot.
02:09 It depends on each of us. The government exists, the State exists, what we want is more State with more society.
