00:39 or there are private armed groups, terrorist groups, and communist insurgents.

00:46 which is currently one under the Comelec Control,
00:50 following the assassination of its governor last March.
00:54 The Malabang Lanao del Sur, Del Sapo Mamaril,
00:58 was also studied when filing the Certificate of Candidacy,
01:01 and Libon Albay, where there were candidates who were killed.
01:05 In the yellow category is the Socorro Surigao del Norte,
01:09 where a group is based that is accused of cult and is targeted by the Comelec Chairperson.
