00:00 The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation is expecting all of their online portal services to be fully operational again this week.
00:10 This happened following a ransomware attack on their online system.
00:14 PhilHealth has already posted their website, member portal, e-claims, HCI portal, EPRS, and EPAR online.
00:24 It is expected that their online services will be back in the next few days.
00:30 At the same time, the state insurer has once again denied that their database is still intact and safe for PhilHealth members.
00:38 So the public should not worry.
00:41 The PhilHealth is currently investigating the incident in the camera.
00:46 They are open to any investigation and are ready to face Congress if necessary.
