00:00 The PNP is now holding the arrest warrant issued by the court against six police officers
00:05 related to the murder of Jemboy Baltazar.
00:08 The police are facing a murder charge and they cannot plead.

00:15 Two months after the suspect, the minor named Jemboy Baltazar, was arrested in Navotas City,
00:25 the court ordered the warrant of arrest against the police who shot and killed him.
00:32 Six police officers were charged under the order issued by Judge Pedro Dabo Jr.
00:37 of the Regional Trial Court Branch 286 of Navotas City.
00:41 After weighing the fiscal resolution, autopsy report, and other evidence,
00:46 the court found the probable cause of the warrant of arrest.
00:50 Because the police are facing a murder charge, they cannot plead.
00:55 Even if the case is far away, this is a big thing for Jemboy's grandmother.
