00:04 >> Warren, I just got back from Philadelphia.
00:06 They are all in on the Phillies going against the Braves this weekend as
00:09 the Phillies beat the Marlins.
00:11 I was there for the wild card series.
00:12 It seems like the fans are not really happy with the way that the Eagles have played.
00:16 I get it, but they've been winning every game.
00:18 This week, they're on the road at Los Angeles.
00:21 We know the Rams have no, and people may look at this line, Warren, and say,
00:24 wait a second here, why are the Rams a four and a half point dog at home?
00:29 I think that what they probably don't realize is the fact that so
00:34 many Philly fans will be on the road in Los Angeles this week to see that game.
00:39 Total is 50 points.
00:41 Do the Eagles squeak out another close one here, win but not cover?
00:45 Or inevitably, do they blow the Rams out of the water?
00:47 What do you think happens?
00:48 >> Yeah, when you do that exercise of, okay, well, if this team is on the road and
00:52 catching this many points or laying this many,
00:54 then what happens when they would go home?
00:56 That difference when you're playing in LA because of the lack of home field
00:59 advantage is really not the same.
01:01 You can't utilize the same calculations in terms of that exercise.
01:04 They will, in Philly, that would represent that the Eagles are only this many point
01:08 favored because that's just not the case playing in LA.
01:11 Look, the issue with the Philadelphia Eagles this year that's different from
01:14 years past is in years past, they come out like gangbusters.
01:17 They start the game hot, they put up points early, then they go into their shell.
01:21 They turtle up late, they pack in their offense, and
01:23 they run the ball a lot and play solid defense.
01:26 This year, they're not able to do that because their offensive coordinator isn't
01:29 getting them out to these fast starts.
01:31 They aren't finding the fatal flaws with their opponents to attack them
01:34 early on in the game.
01:35 And as a result, the opponent is able to stay around in these games,
01:38 continue to punch all four quarters, and give the Eagles more of a test.
01:41 And that's what's causing consternation for the fans.
01:44 And I guess that's justified.
01:46 The fans have seen this team play a lot better in the first half of games, and
01:49 they're just not doing that right now.
01:50 So the Eagles do have to improve massively, and
01:52 this is why we've seen a lot of money come in on the LA Rams from a lot of
01:56 the sharp betters driving this line down.
01:59 I think that Matthew Stafford's health is really going to be the key element here.
02:03 Do you actually think that Stafford, who is laboring massively to just get through
02:07 that game in every series, can I make it back out onto the field?
02:11 Is he going to be able to play all four quarters in this game?
02:14 If you're handicapping it, that that's 100% assured.
02:17 I think that that's the incorrect way to do it.
02:19 It looks like he's going to be fine.
02:21 But one hit from this Philadelphia Eagles run defense or pass defense,
02:27 getting after him, swarming him, getting a body on him,
02:30 could actually knock him out of this game.
02:32 And then we're seeing Stetson Bennett.
02:33 So I think it's tough to just assume that he's going to be healthy for
02:36 all four quarters.
02:37 But there's no doubt about it,
02:38 he will have some success throwing the ball down the field.
02:41 I was looking at some of his attempts props or his completion props this week
02:45 when those got posted.
02:46 But my lone concern is just, does he play all four quarters?
