00:00 there's fewer of us in tech.
00:02 And so it's really amazing to feel like we're part
00:04 of a community and to share our experiences
00:07 with people who may have experienced the same thing.
00:10 At MTA Thermal, I do a bit of everything.
00:12 So at the moment, my role is marketing manager for Brand
00:16 and that entails all communications as you can imagine.
00:19 So I do strategy and budget
00:23 plus some graphic design, photography.
00:25 I also founded Women and Gender Diverse People in Tech.
00:28 That really creates a community space
00:31 for women and gender diverse people to come
00:33 and whether they're interested in tech
00:35 or in the tech industry,
00:37 it provides a space for us to meet and collaborate.
00:39 I'm neurodivergent and I think being different
00:43 is our greatest strength.
00:44 So I can see how a lot of these characteristics I have
00:47 has helped me think outside the square
00:51 and really grow my skills and abilities,
00:54 but also my entrepreneurial spirit.
