00:00 >> They do, they do, they do, they do, they do.
00:02 >> How long have you been waiting for a play like that at Husky Stadium?
00:07 >> Probably for a while, I got my first pick at Michigan State.
00:10 And then I know last week I made a big play, but I was like, man,
00:12 I need something to make the crowd go crazy for a while.
00:14 So I'm happy I got to do that today, especially in a moment like that for sure.
00:18 >> It looked like you saw it right away, and stepped in front of him really quick.
00:22 Was that, did you think it was coming that way?
00:25 >> Well, they just had shown doing that a lot, and motioning the guy.
00:28 And I think they were just trying to kind of load me to sleep,
00:30 cuz they kept doing that.
00:31 But they had never once thrown it yet, and
00:32 credit coach Morello just putting me in that position and making that call to where
00:36 I could be in that spot to make that play.
00:39 >> What were you reading before the snap?
00:40 Were you just fucking gonna follow him?
00:42 >> Yeah, so yeah, like I said, they just do that a lot.
00:44 They were like a lot of formation were into the boundary, and
00:47 they would always motion one guy.
00:48 So it's my job in that scenario to take him.
00:50 But for a while throughout the game, they were just motioning him, but
00:53 kind of just running him off.
00:54 And I could just tell by the demeanor of number seven,
00:56 that he looked a little more determined.
00:59 I was like, okay, usually the motion guy is going, he looks a little locked in,
01:02 he might be getting the ball.
01:03 So yeah, he just stemmed down.
01:04 My technique that I work on every single day, and
01:07 I've been working on since the offseason, all that.
01:09 Just, I guess, when preparation meets opportunity.
01:12 >> What was going through your head when the offense just continued to sputter, and
01:14 you guys basically got to carry the entire game?
01:16 >> Don't blink, don't flinch.
01:18 There's been plenty of times, I mean, I guess you guys know that offense have
01:21 helped us out a lot.
01:22 I'm just happy we got to return the favor in a key crucial game like this,
01:25 coming off of how we were last week.
01:27 We wanted to build on that.
01:28 So we're really grateful that we got to get the job done.
