00:21 Kapuso, we are monitoring a low-pressure area outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:27 It is located in the east of Mindanao and according to the forecast,

00:31 the chance of a storm is low for now.

00:33 But we are not ignoring the possibility that it will reach or enter the parks in the coming days.

00:40 Due to the extension or part of the LPA,

00:43 as well as the wind and localized thunderstorms,

00:47 it is possible that some parts of our country will be rained on tomorrow.

00:50 This includes some parts of the Northern and Central Luzon,

00:54 Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and Bicol Region.

00:57 It is also possible that it will rain here in Metro Manila, especially in the afternoon.

01:01 There is also a chance of rain in some parts of Panay Island, Negros Provinces, Cebu,

01:06 and also here in the Summer Provinces.

01:08 Almost the entire Mindanao will be rained on tomorrow.

01:11 There are heavy to intense rains that are expected to be prepared for a storm or a landslide.

01:18 Meanwhile, in the coming days, it is still possible that the eastern portions of Mindanao will be rained on.

01:23 The trough that we are monitoring is the LPA.

01:26 The wind will also be strong and the sheer line that will affect some parts of Luzon may return.

01:33 The localized thunderstorms are also possible in other parts of the country.

01:36 So, in the upcoming elections and elections,

01:39 be careful and always bring an umbrella.
