Hundreds of inmates allowed to vote in New Bilibid Prison

Thousands of persons of deprived of liberty were also able to cast their votes for the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections.

In the new bilibid prison alone, more than 800 inmates exercised their right to suffrage.

00:35 After voting, inmates hand over their ballots to the election worker instead of dropping them in a ballot box.
