00:00 All right, well, fall is great for get togethers of all kinds,
00:03 but planning what's going on the menu can be a little tricky.
00:05 Yeah, last week I talked with Chef Claire Robinson about some easy,
00:09 delicious suggestions for your next fall gathering.
00:12 Good morning, Chef. How are you?
00:21 Good morning, Brad. How are you? I'm great.
00:25 That's good. Well, hey, let's get started here. And of course, we're talking about
00:29 having the right meals for the right time in the family.
00:32 Absolutely, absolutely. And when it comes to fall, I've got a couple ideas for you.
00:39 All right, where do we start?
00:40 Butterballs Hearty Turkey Sausage Links are a delicious addition to fall entertaining dishes.
00:48 These yummy sausages are pre-cooked and only take minutes to warm up. They're fantastic sliced and
00:54 sautéed with a medley of veggies in a skillet or served on a bun with your favorite toppings.
00:59 You can find both of these tasty and convenient recipes on butterball.com.
01:04 They'll surely be a party favorite.
01:06 Oh, I like that. All right, let's talk about snacks.
01:09 What kind of snacks will you be serving this fall?
01:11 Well, no fall spread is complete without your favorite dips from Frito-Lay.
01:18 Tostitos Chunky Salsa combines ripe tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, and garlic for the perfect
01:24 bite. And Tostitos Queso Blanco blends creamy Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos and red
01:30 bell peppers for just the right amount of heat. And for those who need a dip for everything like
01:36 me, Doritos Dips has you covered. Available in spicy nacho cheese and cool ranch jalapeno flavors,
01:44 you know them both well. Fans can take all of their favorite foods from pizza to veggies
01:50 to a whole nother Dorito-fied level.
01:52 Oh, I like a Dorito-fied. Oh, a new word I'm going to use around the
01:57 food table. We're going to Dorito-fied this table. Oh, yeah, I like that.
02:02 All right, let's talk, of course, people get a little intimidated about making dishes for
02:08 people when they're visiting. So what do you have that everybody can make?
02:11 I totally get that. And I tell you what, when it comes to fun fall gatherings,
02:17 I say go easy on yourself and just stock your freezer. One of my favorite go-to tricks is to
02:23 create a colorful snack grazing board featuring farm-rich snacks with tasty appetizers like
02:30 mozzarella sticks, breaded mushrooms, fried pickles, and loaded potato skins. Plus, I add
02:37 lots of veggies, dips, and a fun fall cocktail to make it super special. Farm-rich is available at
02:43 grocery stores and online, and you can get more ideas like these at farmrich.com.
02:48 Oh, I like this. I do have to put the suggestions of people out there,
02:51 throw away the boxes so no one sees them, and you can say that you made it yourself.
02:56 Hey, Chef, let's talk about a unique classic that you kind of like have made into your own, kind of?
03:07 Well, kind of. I stole the idea because, let me tell you, Alouette Brie has come up with Alouette
03:14 Brie for grilling, which has upped my tailgate and my home gate game. It holds its iconic shape
03:21 even when cooked at high heat on the grill, and its 4.5-ounce wheel also fits perfectly on a
03:29 burger bun, making it an excellent centerpiece for game day app and drink pairings. Like barbecue
03:35 rubbed grilled brie with smoked almonds, blue corn chips, and your favorite IPA. It's available at
03:41 retailers nationwide, and let me tell you, you're gonna love that one. It's a fun one. Chef, you
03:47 look at that. Look at that. Everybody here just went, "Oh, we're on our way to get it. We're on
03:51 the way to get it all." So where can we get all this at? You can go to butterball.com, fritole.com,
03:59 farmrich.com, and alouettecheese.com to make your fun fall gathering even more fun. I like it. Hey,
04:06 Chef, thank you very much for joining us this morning. Brad, thank you so much for having me.
