Coach Oats talks about Alabama's injury status entering the season
Transcript
00:00 Adam's done a good job kind of working with us, putting our schedule together.
00:03 We have some quality teams right out of the gate.
00:06 And we're in coach Bradley's young, but he's done a really good job there.
00:12 I think they won that regular season already for
00:14 I would say the 21st time in 39 years or something.
00:19 So he's done a really good job.
00:21 Obviously, background in Kentucky, knows our league well.
00:25 I'm sure they'll be ready for us.
00:26 We're gonna have to be ready for them.
00:28 We've got some really good players, we've got some good transfers,
00:30 go through turners.
00:32 But at this point in the year, we're a lot more concerned with who we are.
00:38 We had a scrimmage in an exhibition,
00:40 scrimmage against TCU and exhibition against Wake Forest.
00:44 There's certain things we learned in both.
00:46 We weren't fully healthy for either one of them, and neither were they either.
00:52 But we should have everybody available on Monday.
00:57 Sears and Baven didn't play in the Wake Forest exhibition,
01:00 they've been full going practice pretty much all week.
01:04 So as long as everybody stays healthy these next two practices,
01:09 we should have all 12 guys available on play month.
