Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida arrives at the House of Representatives to address a joint session of Congress at the Batasang Pambansa complex on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023.

In his speech, Kishida noted the two countries' strengthened relations, including improved ties in security, defense and economic cooperation.
