Ingredients:
250 gms Chicken
2 tbsp Curd
2 tbsp Dry Pomegranate powder,
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
2 tbsp Red Chili powder,
1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder,
1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
Salt. (as per Taste)
2 tbsp Ghee.
2 little Bay Leaves
8 - 10 cloves,
2 crushed Green Cardamom pods,
2 Crushed Black Cardamom pods
1 inch Cinnamon Stick.
2 tbsp chopped Ginger- Garlic.
1 chopped Onion.
Sauteing the Chicken for at least 5-6 minutes
1 tbsp Garam Masala,
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper powder
Salt.(as per Taste)
1/4 cup Water.

00:04 To begin the marination, first I'm going to add Curd.

00:44 As the pan starts to heat up, I'm going to add in 2 Bay Leaves.

00:54 Crushed Green Cardamom Pods.
00:57 Crushed Black Cardamom Pods.
00:59 And Cinnamon Stick.
01:01 With this, I'm going to add Chopped Ginger-Garlic.
01:04 Saute it for few minutes.
01:07 As the colour of the Ginger-Garlic starts to change, I'm going to add in Chopped Onion.
01:16 And cook the Onion till they get translucent in colour.
01:21 Now that the colour of the Onion has started to change, it's time to add the marinated Chicken.
01:25 I'm going to saute the Chicken for at least 5-6 minutes.
01:37 Now that we have done sauteing the Chicken for at least 5-6 minutes, I'm going to add Garam Masala.
01:40 Black Pepper Powder.
01:43 And little Salt.
01:46 Now let's mix it all together.
