The sweet, nutty marinade gives this choice cut of beef just the right amount of Asian flair. Enjoy this weeknight recipe for just over 200 calories.

00:05 a healthy and delicious supper in less than 45 minutes.

00:11 It may seem hard to believe, but you can enjoy steak
00:19 for right around 200 calories.
00:21 The sweet and nutty marinade gives the steak
00:24 an amazing flavor.
00:25 I want to start by making my marinade.
00:27 So I have some green onions,
00:30 some light miso paste,
00:32 and miso adds protein and vitamins to the marinade.
00:35 Some rice vinegar,
00:38 honey,
00:38 soy sauce,
00:42 Dijon mustard,
00:43 and dark sesame oil.
00:45 I like marinating in a zip-top bag
00:47 because it makes for easy cleanup.
00:50 Now that all of my ingredients are combined,
00:54 I'll add my filets to the marinade.
00:56 This marinade also works well with flank steak.
00:59 I'll let the filets marinate for around 20 minutes
01:01 at room temperature.
01:03 That gives me plenty of time to make my sides.
01:06 It's been about 20 minutes,
01:10 so I'll cook my steak for about five minutes
01:12 on each side in a grill pan,
01:14 or you can go outdoors and cook it on the grill.

01:20 And you want your grill pan hot so you hear that sear.
01:23 That way you know you're locking in all of the juices.
01:27 Once these are done, it'll be time to eat.
01:34 This Asian-inspired filet makes a light and fresh meal.

01:42 Serve with a glass of red wine and a simple salad,
