00:00 I think you always go into a search open-minded.

00:02 So I don't want to say it's got to be an offensive person

00:06 or a defensive person has to be a sitting head coach.

00:09 I think what you do look for is you look for winning quality,

00:13 somebody that's got winning traits,

00:14 somebody that knows what winning looks like

00:16 at the highest level,

00:17 both schematically and programmatically.

00:19 You know when you've got winning DNA.

00:22 So I don't want to pigeonhole where we're at,

00:23 but you clearly want somebody that can build culture

00:26 and culture changes in today's landscape.

00:29 You want somebody that from a schematic standpoint

00:31 knows the game.

00:32 And you're competing in this league,

00:33 you're competing against the tip of the spear.

00:36 And that excites me.

00:37 That excites everybody I think to have that.

00:39 So nobody, somebody that knows the game,

00:41 somebody clearly that can recruit, you know,

00:44 and recruiting in such a changing landscape.

00:47 So somebody that has that dimension

00:49 then clearly somebody that understands

00:50 how to develop talent.

00:52 You know, for us, when we recruit young men,

00:54 one, we recruit them for life,

00:56 but we also recruit them knowing

00:57 that we have a clear pathway to the National Football League

01:00 and we don't shy away from that.

01:03 So we want to have somebody that has all those principles,

01:05 all those ingredients to come in here and lead our program.
