00:00 Hey GQ, it's Kim Kardashian,
00:02 and today we're gonna go undercover on the internet.
00:05 It's actually me.
00:07 Let's check Twitter.
00:12 Is Kim Kardashian going on dates these days,
00:17 asking for a friend?
00:19 I don't know.
00:20 I don't know.
00:21 I wouldn't answer that here.
00:23 (laughs)
00:24 - Do you have a number one green flag?
00:26 - A number one green flag,
00:28 and if it doesn't go down like this,
00:30 it's my ultimate red flag,
00:32 is just how someone treats everyone around them.
00:36 You know, a waiter or just whoever's around.
00:40 I really pay attention to how people treat other people.
00:43 Next.
00:44 Loved this podcast.
00:46 KK, what makes you so passionate about prison reform?
00:49 You know, I started off just feeling like
00:52 something was as simple as just being unfair,
00:55 and I didn't know much about the system,
00:57 and I'm always someone that likes to learn and grow.
01:00 Once I started to really figure out
01:02 how messed up our system is,
01:04 I really wanted to do everything that I can to help.
01:07 I love doing this podcast 'cause I was able to really
01:10 like amplify the issues in our system,
01:12 and I will continue to do that for sure.
01:14 Instagram.
01:17 Chaotic Bottoms says,
01:21 North has such great style.
01:23 Where is she pulling her pieces from?
01:25 I never thought that at 10 years old,
01:28 my daughter would already be stealing my clothes.
01:30 She really has the best style,
01:32 and she loves to go vintage shopping.
01:34 She pulls a lot from my closet and from her dad's closet.
01:38 I didn't pull anything from my mom's closet actually,
01:41 but what Courtney and I did,
01:42 this is so mean,
01:43 she walked in once and we were like
01:45 putting our names on her shoes,
01:48 and she's like, "What are you guys doing?"
01:49 And we're like, "Well, when you die,
01:51 "we'll know like who gets what."
01:53 She was like, "30."
01:54 But it's crazy that North gets it so young
01:57 and just picks out the coolest stuff that I have.
02:00 Posted.
02:01 Serena Williams,
02:03 "Literally not how you hold a racket.
02:05 "Clearly I have to give you lessons.
02:07 "LOL, hard eyes."
02:09 First of all, I was walking to the other side.
02:11 Is there a special way you have to hold a racket
02:14 just to walk from one side to the other side?
02:16 I was also out of bounds at that point,
02:19 but I'm waiting.
02:20 I would love lessons from the goat.
02:23 This video of me wake surfing,
02:25 it says, "At this point,
02:26 "I feel like you're the sports girl of the family."
02:29 Duh.
02:30 I think the one thing people don't really get from me
02:33 is I'm an athlete.
02:35 Like I actually am such a good athlete
02:38 and people that come on trips with me,
02:40 people that are around that might not know this
02:42 get really surprised.
02:44 I'm just like adventurous and I like to do sports.
02:47 I don't know why it's so shocking to people
02:48 when they see that from me or I post about it.
02:51 That's like how I grew up.
02:53 And then someone else asked,
02:54 "Ugh, this gets so old.
02:56 "Did you find your earring while you were at it?"
02:58 Anytime I'm in water,
03:00 people will ask me if I found my diamond earring
03:02 in the ocean.
03:03 I don't know if I showed this on our show,
03:05 but Kylie found the earring.
03:06 So she dove in the ocean, put on goggles, found it,
03:09 and then she went back and found the back of it.
03:11 That's how clear the water is in Bora Bora.
03:14 So guys, the earring has been found.
03:16 It was found in 2010.
03:19 If anyone's going to Bora Bora
03:20 searching for gold and diamonds,
03:23 not there.
03:24 What's the best trait you got from your dad?
03:28 Trait would maybe be his work ethic.
03:30 Just the habit of taking us to school every day
03:33 and then going to the office
03:34 and just seeing how hard he worked.
03:36 But I think I would always remember things
03:38 that he would say.
03:39 And he made it so clear that blood is thicker than water.
03:43 That was his thing.
03:44 And family over everything.
03:46 So I think just the way he lived his life
03:48 with his family and my grandparents and his siblings,
03:51 like everyone was so close.
03:52 And they'd hang out all weekend.
03:54 They genuinely were all best friends
03:57 and really loved each other.
03:58 And that's how my family is.
03:59 He would teach us all of these Armenian words.
04:01 And now my kids say all of those words.
04:03 And I love bringing my kids to Armenia.
04:06 Just all the things my dad talked about
04:07 and wished he could have done.
04:09 I feel so lucky that I get to do them with my kids,
04:12 even though he never got the chance to do them.
04:15 Next.
04:17 Okay, TikTok.
04:21 When do you give it to them?
04:22 Beautiful idea.
04:23 So I write my kids every year for their birthday,
04:26 a four or five page letter detailing the year.
04:29 I started off with their nickname.
04:30 I talk about everything, the funny words they're saying.
04:34 And then they get deep.
04:35 I just want them to know that if I weren't here,
04:38 every question they've ever had
04:40 would be answered in these letters.
04:42 My dad wrote me one and my mom wrote me one
04:45 when I was going into high school.
04:46 And I wished I had more.
04:48 And so I do them for each of my kids' birthdays.
04:52 So I can't wait to give this to them.
04:54 The whole question was, okay, stop rambling.
04:56 When will you give it to them?
04:58 I don't know.
04:58 Should I stop at 18?
04:59 Should I stop at 21?
05:01 I don't know.
05:02 Help me decide, guys.
05:03 Is this on TikTok?
05:04 Can we do a Twitter poll?
05:05 18 or 21?
05:07 Kim, so gorgeous.
05:09 Aw, thank you.
05:10 How do you define your personal style?
05:12 I think personal style has different moods and feelings.
05:17 And so sometimes I'm super glammed up
05:19 and I feel like one way.
05:21 And then sometimes I can just be like really simple
05:24 and casual when I'm at home.
05:26 And I never could figure out what that was
05:28 'cause I was always so dressed up,
05:30 like super glitz and glam or horrendous sweats and pajamas.
05:35 And that's kind of one of the reasons
05:37 I launched our Skims Lounge stuff
05:40 is just I needed that chill in-between simple casual style.
05:45 So I have different sides to my personality.
05:48 I wonder what it's like for her to be a soccer mom
05:50 and taking her son to games.
05:52 As Saint, but I think it's probably so fucking awesome.
05:57 I've learned to love this sport so much.
06:00 I like to take each one of my kids on a special trip
06:03 with their friends and what they wanna do
06:05 to wherever they wanna go.
06:06 And so I've loved starting this soccer mom tour
06:11 with all my besties and their sons
06:14 who are besties with my sons.
06:15 It's just been such an amazing bonding experience.
06:18 So I love that he's into soccer.
06:20 It could be wrestling and it could be awful.
06:23 I was in Italy and I see Erling Haaland
06:26 and I freak the fuck out
06:29 because I know my son would be so excited.
06:32 It's like his thing.
06:34 So I'm like such a loser FaceTiming at this event
06:38 being like, "Saint, you'll never guess who I ran into."
06:41 And I'm like FaceTiming him and I'm like,
06:43 "What, I've turned into this person.
06:45 I've turned into this person that like, it's, I'm sorry."
06:49 My son is everything Cristiano Ronaldo.
06:52 We're definitely inner Miami fans.
06:55 We had so much fun at PSG.
06:57 Every stadium's so different.
06:59 Arsenal, everyone's been so good.
07:01 I don't know every team.
07:02 I'm not gonna pick.
07:03 I'm not gonna pick a team just yet.
07:04 Yeah, I'm a soccer mom.
07:08 On to Wikipedia.
07:12 "After totaling her car at age 16," already not true.
07:16 "Her father agreed to buy her a new one
07:19 on condition that," absolutely not true.
07:21 "On condition that she agreed to be responsible
07:23 for paying all expenses related to any future damages."
07:27 No, so the story is before I got a car,
07:29 my dad was an attorney, made me sign a contract with him
07:33 that before I received the car,
07:35 I had to obviously take care of any expenses
07:37 related to damaging it.
07:39 I had to make sure it was washed once a week.
07:42 It was fully taken care of.
07:43 It says, "She subsequently began working at Body,
07:46 a local clothing store in Encino, California,"
07:48 which she worked at for four years.
07:49 And I assisted in opening the Calabasas location.
07:52 So I did hit my car pretty lightly, didn't total it,
07:57 but I needed to fix the scratch.
08:00 So I got a job working at a clothing store,
08:03 the coolest clothing store in the Valley.
08:05 That actually sparked my love for Dolce & Gabbana.
08:07 I would have to unpack the clothes and hang everything
08:10 and price them and steam them.
08:12 And so every time the Dolce box came, I was in heaven.
08:16 In 2006, Kim began working as a stylist for Paris Hilton.
08:21 That's not true.
08:22 I organized her closet, but I was not a stylist.
08:25 So I didn't put outfits together for her.
08:27 I didn't pick them out or shop.
08:29 I just organized what she had and she had a lot of stuff.
08:32 "A childhood friend of hers?"
08:34 Yes, that part's true.
08:35 Our moms were always really close when we were little.
08:38 We went to preschool together, actually.
08:40 It said she appeared in several episodes
08:42 of the reality series, "The Simple Life."
08:45 I don't know if I did.
08:46 I might've been like with her in the background
08:50 just while she was filming.
08:51 I wasn't like in it.
08:52 And was frequently photographed
08:54 accompanying Hilton to events and parties.
08:56 I will always say when we did start hanging out in our 20s,
09:00 I learned so much from her.
09:02 Just like her grace, like she's the nicest person.
09:05 She knows how to have the most fun.
09:07 They have the best stories, the best memories,
09:10 the best photos.
09:11 Us in Australia and putting on disguises,
09:14 hiding under blankets, like sneaking out
09:16 just to go have a normal dinner.
09:17 So I credit her a lot to putting me on
09:22 and also seeing a lot from her and how she lives her life.
09:25 Love you, P.
09:27 Cora?
09:28 Is that a thing?
09:29 "Who's the smartest Kardashian sister?"
09:34 You know, they always ask us to do these rankings
09:37 and I've decided I'm not doing those
09:39 because I think people are trying to like
09:41 pit us against each other and to get a little soundbite.
09:44 So we are all equally as smart.
09:46 "What does Kim Kardashian do for fun?"
09:50 Lay in bed, eat mint Oreo ice cream,
09:53 watch "Love is Blind" and not talk to anybody.
09:57 Posted.
09:59 All right, let's see some YouTube comments.
10:01 "Are we not gonna talk about North's painting abilities?
10:06 What the heck, she's so talented.
10:09 I thought the landscape was a prank."
10:11 Yeah, I got into it with people on the internet about this
10:14 because everyone said it was fake.
10:16 Even I posted a sunset she just did.
10:19 She's been painting for years and she loves it
10:22 and she has an amazing art teacher.
10:25 She's talented and it's not like the craziest concept.
10:30 She definitely didn't get it from me, I will say that.
10:32 She did a sunrise and a sunset.
10:34 I just hung them in my house and I can't wait for her
10:37 to come home and see where they're hung.
10:39 Reddit.
10:39 (upbeat music)
10:42 "I wonder how Kim in 2023 would restyle her."
10:47 Honestly, I'd wear the glasses, I'm into the hoops.
10:51 The rest has got to go.
10:53 Like what was I thinking?
10:54 And I thought I was killing it.
10:56 That's the funny part.
10:58 It's all about evolution.
10:59 If I was always so stylish, there would be no room to grow.
11:03 I just love different eras, different fun moments.
11:06 This one's humiliating, but do you baby girl?
11:10 Okay guys, that's it.
11:13 I'm signing off the internet.
11:14 (upbeat music)
