00:00 The CIDG was given a DNA sample of the family of the missing beauty pageant candidate, Catherine Camilon.

00:20 General Benjamin Acorda Jr. and CIDG Director Romeo Caramat are in front of us.

00:25 Major Allan Di Castro is the primary suspect in the missing of the beauty pageant candidate, Catherine Camilon.

00:31 He admitted that they have an illicit relationship with Ms. Camilon.

00:39 This is the first time that Di Castro heard about the missing beauty pageant contestant.

00:46 But within 30 minutes of talking inside the so called White House here in Camp Kramie,

00:50 Major Allan Di Castro said something about the missing of his ex-girlfriend.

00:56 Di Castro did not refuse to talk.

01:00 He apologized to the chief PNP for dragging the PNP organization,

01:06 that the organization is involved.

01:09 The chief PNP accepted his apology.

01:16 Di Castro was charged with kidnapping and serious illegal detention.

01:20 His driver and bodyguard, Jeffrey Magpantay and two others were charged with the same crime.

01:26 CIDG is now looking for Camilon, who has been missing for two weeks

01:31 based on the conversation between CIDG and Camilon's family.

01:36 It was found out that the victim complained about the pain and went to him.

01:42 Camilon also had a chance to talk to Di Castro's wife about their relationship.

01:50 17 hair strands were recovered and 12 swabs of blood samples were found in the vehicle

01:57 where Camilon was said to have been riding while bleeding.

02:01 In our initial evaluation, in compliance with the Department Circular 20,

02:06 we found prima facie evidence for the crime of kidnapping and serious illegal detention.

02:16 The prosecution accepted the case and the case will undergo a preliminary evaluation.
