00:23 I will tell you the ingredients we need for this
00:26 For this we need 1/2 kg Parwal

00:30 1 finely chopped onion
00:33 1 small onion, 1 ginger and 1 garlic
00:37 We will grind this
00:39 In the ground spices we will add 1 spoon of cumin

00:49 First we will take some oil in the pan
00:52 You can use any oil you want
00:54 Mustard oil is good for health

00:58 We have cut the Parwal into long and thin pieces

02:37 We will fry it till the oil separates
02:40 Now we have taken a big tomato
02:42 We will add it finely chopped
02:44 And we will add salt

02:50 After 5 minutes of frying, we will add
